This building is required if you wish to attack another player's or Faction's Base. Each Warp Gate has three warps only. Warps are refilled after 30 minutes to attack again or using time boosts. Once your units have destroyed a base, surviving units go back to the staging area whereas the ones that died don't. Upgrading your Warp Gate will raise the life and capacity of the Gate. General Strom's Cavalry ability increases warp capacity in combat (but not for transferring troops). You can have another Gate in your Aurora-1 and a third one in your Caldera-2 . You can construct a second gate in every base once you get a L11 Command Center. You can have a maximum of 6 gates with the maximum warp space obtained in combination with General Strom and Warp Boost which will generate a total of 630 spaces translated into an unstoppable 42 x Deci/Inc per atack. (400+210+20=630/15=42)
